Due to the rapid progress of the aging population, medical and healthcare needs of the people of Japan are increasing year by year, and the environment surrounding the industry is changing dramatically. Under such circumstances, the Qol Group has been striving to focus on the dispensing pharmacy business since its foundation in 1992, so that everyone can realize "Quality of Life" which is the origin of our company name. In addition, we are focusing on the second pillar of Qol, our ^*BPO business, which is engaged in dispatching temporary workers and the clinical trial business, and we have been accelerating our group's growth strategy.

In October 2018, we decided to shift to a holding company structure and changed our name from Qol Co., Ltd. to "Qol Holdings Co., Ltd." in order to increase corporate value for the future even in this rapidly changing industry and ensure sustainable growth. As a company involved in medical care, we will continue to create safe, secure and innovative healthcare services for our customers and strive to develop a sustainable society.
