About Dividend Statements
"Dividend Statements" also serve as a "Notice of Payment" prepared under the provisions of the Act on Special Measures Concerning Taxation. After receiving dividends, you can use the Dividend Statement as a confirmation of the amount of dividends and as a document for your tax return.
In addition, for shareholders who receive dividends in their securities account (proportional distribution method based on the number of shares), please check with your securities company.

- Regarding change of address of shareholders, designation of bank transfer details for dividends, request for purchase of shares less than a basic lot, and various other procedures, in principle, they should be accepted at the account management institution (securities company, etc.) where your account is opened. Please contact the securities company, etc. where your account is held. Please note that the administrator of shareholder list (Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation) cannot deal with them.
- For various procedures concerning stocks recorded in special accounts, please contact the above account management institution for special accounts (Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation) since the Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation is the account management institution. Shareholder services are also provided at nationwide branches of the Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation.
